Burglary of a freight container without causing damage is classified as a Class 3 felony

Burglary of a freight container with damage caused is classified as a Class 2 felony

Aligns freight container burglary penalties with those for burglary of other vehicles and transportation-related structures like aircraft, motor vehicles, and railroad cars
