IL SB2310

Requires the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation to conduct a survey of all persons licensed or registered under regulatory Acts subject to repeal under the Regulatory Sunset Act.

Department must send the survey through official mailing and compile results into a report submitted to the Governor and General Assembly at least 12 months before the scheduled repeal date.

Survey must include questions about how Act requirements protect Illinois citizens' health and safety, how the Act protects the profession from bad actors, and suggested improvements to the regulatory Act.

Survey must also ask licensees and registrants about the effectiveness of continuing education requirements.
