IL SB2313

Amends the Children and Family Services Act to require the Department of Children and Family Services to implement a specified reimbursement methodology (89 Ill. Adm. Code 356.50(f)) beginning in State Fiscal Year 2023 and each year thereafter when calculating payments to community-based agencies.

Requires payment reimbursements to include an amount equal to any increase in general inflation as determined by the Consumer Price Index (all items less medical care in Midwest urban areas).

Applies the reimbursement methodology to community-based agencies providing residential services, specialized/adolescent/non-traditional foster care, traditional foster care, intact family services, and teen parenting services.

Makes all payment reimbursements calculated under this Section subject to appropriation by the General Assembly.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
