Requires law enforcement to transmit criminal history record information about alleged sexual offenses by school employees or contractors to the school district superintendent immediately, with victim identity excluded.

Defines "criminal history record information" to include arrest logs, custody information, and public court records related to investigations or proceedings.

Prohibits school district superintendents from revealing the identity of adult victims in records received under this Act.
