Amends the Private Detective, Private Alarm, Private Security, Fingerprint Vendor, and Locksmith Act of 2004 by adding Section 35-50

Grants licensed private detectives and private detective agencies access to the State of Illinois Insurance Verification System on the same basis as insurers, agents, and State users

Access extends to any legitimate business purpose for which the private detective or agency is licensed

Applies access rights to the fullest extent available to other authorized system users
