Requires that when charging an offense based on accountability under the "Parties to Crime" provisions of the Criminal Code, the charge must specify that the defendant is being charged based on accountability.

Prohibits courts from imposing mandatory minimum sentences on persons convicted based on accountability for another person's conduct under Section 5-2 of the Criminal Code of 2012.

Limits sentences for accountability-based convictions to no more than one-half the maximum sentence that could be imposed for the underlying offense.
