Repeals the Aquaculture Development Act (20 ILCS 215/Act) and repeals Section 205-60 of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois

Replaces references to the Aquaculture Development Act throughout Illinois law with a standalone definition of "aquaculture" as the controlled propagation, growth and harvest of aquatic organisms including fish, shellfish, mollusks, crustaceans, algae and aquatic plants by an aquaculturist

Defines "aquatic products" as any aquatic plants and animals or their by-products produced, grown, managed, harvested and marketed on an annual, semi-annual, biennial or short-term basis in permitted aquaculture facilities

Updates definitions in the Illinois Municipal Code, Illinois Pesticide Act, Agricultural Areas Conservation and Protection Act, County Cooperative Extension Law, Fish and Aquatic Life Code, and Unemployment Insurance Act to incorporate the new aquaculture and aquatic products definitions

Removes provisions in the County Cooperative Extension Law requiring the Department of Agriculture and multiple educational institutions to provide information and assistance to the aquaculture industry regarding the Aquaculture Cooperative
