Sets home health visit rates at $111 for dates of service from January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021, and $131 for dates of service on and after January 1, 2022.

Establishes certified nursing assistant component rates for home health agency services at $20 prior to January 1, 2021; $25 from January 1 through December 31, 2021; $30 from January 1 through December 31, 2022; and $35 on and after January 1, 2023.

Amends Section 5-5e of the Illinois Public Aid Code (305 ILCS 5/5-5e) relating to adjusted rates of reimbursement under the Medical Assistance Article.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
