Amends the Lobbyist Registration Act to require registered lobbyists to report expenditures incurred when hosting fundraisers for candidates for elected office or Political Action Committees.

Requires disclosure of all donations made at such fundraisers, including the name of each donor and the amount donated.

Adds new subsection (b-5) to Section 6 of the Lobbyist Registration Act to establish these fundraiser reporting requirements.

Applies to any registered lobbyist who hosts a fundraiser, ensuring transparency in campaign finance activities connected to lobbying operations.
