Amends the Illinois Dental Practice Act Section 4 (Definitions) to expand the definition of "public health setting."

Adds nursing homes and long-term care facilities to the list of facilities that qualify as public health settings.

Public health settings now include federally qualified health centers, federal/state/local public health facilities, Head Start, WIC facilities, school-based health centers, and nursing homes or long-term care facilities.

Allows public health dental hygienists to provide services in these expanded settings under public health supervision without requiring a dentist to first examine the patient or be present during treatment for eligible patients.
