Equipment currently permitted to store and dispense E10 (10% ethanol gasoline blends) shall be permitted to store and dispense E15 (15% ethanol gasoline blends) under the same compliance requirements.

The Office of the State Fire Marshal may amend a facility's permit upon request to explicitly authorize E15 storage and dispensing, but such amendment is not required for a facility to begin E15 operations.

The Office of the State Fire Marshal and other state or local authorities cannot prohibit E15 storage or dispensing or deny permits based on equipment compatibility claims if the equipment is already approved for E10 use.

Defines "motor vehicle fuel storage and dispensing equipment" to include underground storage tanks, piping, dispensers, nozzles, hoses, fittings, and related components used in storing, distributing, or dispensing gasoline products.
