• Eliminates age requirement from aggravated criminal sexual abuse statute for individuals in positions of trust or authority, allowing prosecution of perpetrators of any age with supervisory relationships over victims.

• Establishes that violating unauthorized video recording laws (Section 26-4) involving intimate parts is a Class 4 felony; makes it a Class A misdemeanor to place recording devices with intent to capture non-consensual recordings.

• Modifies child pornography statute to require sealed evidence and good cause showings before sexually explicit materials can be viewed during prosecutions.
