Establishes the Illinois Immigrant Impact Task Force consisting of 27 members including state agency directors, legislative leaders, and five representatives from immigrant aid organizations appointed by the Governor

Task Force must convene as soon as practicable and hold at least 6 meetings to examine immigration-related issues including state services for immigrants, discrimination, detention centers, ICE contracts, COVID-19 pandemic impacts, and language access programs

Requires examination of current state efforts to assist immigrants with citizenship, business ownership, and education, and evaluation of whether existing immigrant-focused laws are effective

Department of Human Services shall provide administrative support to the Task Force, with members serving without compensation

Task Force must submit findings and recommendations to the Governor and General Assembly by May 31, 2022, and the Act repeals January 1, 2023
