Appropriates $434,679,700 from the General Revenue Fund to the Supreme Court for operational expenses, awards, grants, permanent improvements, and probation reimbursements for fiscal year ending June 30, 2022.

Appropriates $29,131,200 from the Mandatory Arbitration Fund for Mandatory Arbitration Programs.

Appropriates $13,793,900 from the Supreme Court Special Purposes Fund for electronic filing, case management systems, and committees and commissions oversight.

Appropriates $708,800 from the Foreign Language Interpreter Fund for the Foreign Language Interpreter Program and $1,032,500 from the Lawyers' Assistance Program Fund for lawyers' assistance programs.

Appropriates $4,000,000 from the Supreme Court Federal Projects Fund for federal project expenses and $500,000 from the Cannabis Expungement Fund for distribution to circuit court clerks to facilitate cannabis offense expungement petitions.
