Amends Section 115-11 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to clarify that courts may exclude non-interested persons from proceedings when a minor victim under 18 years of age is testifying, regardless of the victim's age at the time of courtroom testimony.

Expands exclusion authority to apply when courts present videos, photographs, or any depiction of a minor under 18 years of age engaged in a sex act to the trier of fact.

Requires courts to enter findings into the record identifying which parties are disinterested and the basis for those determinations.

Maintains media exception, allowing media representatives to remain present during victim testimony and evidence presentation.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
