Amends Illinois Public Aid Code Section 5-5.06b to establish minimum reimbursement rates for dental services provided to Medicaid recipients (children and adults).

Sets reimbursement rates effective July 1, 2021, using rates published by the Department for local health departments as of January 1, 2020 as the baseline fee schedule.

Specifies 44 dental procedure codes with exact reimbursement amounts, ranging from $4.48 (code D0230) to $673.74 (codes D5213 and D5214) for services including exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and dentures.

Adds 22 additional dental procedure codes with reimbursement amounts to the original list, expanding coverage to include preventive, restorative, surgical, and prosthodontic services.
