Amends Illinois Vehicle Code Section 11-501 to require persons convicted of aggravated driving under the influence (DUI) based on involvement in an accident causing a parent's death to pay court-ordered child support to the affected child or children.

Child support obligation continues until the child reaches age 18, or up to age 21 if the child remains enrolled in and attending secondary school.

Court determines support amount based on factors including child's financial needs, surviving parent/guardian resources, standard of living the child would have enjoyed, and educational needs.

Child support payments directed to circuit clerk as trustee for remittance to surviving parent or guardian within 3 working days, with alternative option to route through State Disbursement Unit.

Support order subject to Income Withholding for Support Act; incarcerated obligors have up to one year after release to begin payments; arrearages continue until paid in full.
