Creates the Agritourism Liability Act, establishing liability protections for agritourism operators who post required warning notices.

Agritourism operators are not liable for participant injuries or deaths resulting from inherent risks of agritourism activities (including farming, ranching, hayrides, corn mazes, animal exhibitions, fishing, hiking, and camping).

Participants assume inherent risks by engaging in agritourism activities and cannot recover damages for injuries from those risks, except where operators commit willful or wanton disregard for safety or fail to disclose known unusual dangerous conditions.

Requires agritourism operators to post and maintain a clearly visible warning notice at or near the entrance to the activity that specifies the inherent risks and liability protections.

Becomes effective July 1, 2022.
