Amends the Illinois Dental Practice Act to expand the definition of "public health setting" to include nursing homes and long-term care communities

Allows public health dental hygienists to provide services in nursing homes and long-term care facilities under public health supervision arrangements

Public health supervision permits dental hygienists to treat patients without a dentist first examining the patient or being present during treatment, for patients eligible for Medicaid or uninsured with household income at or below 200% of the federal poverty level

Public health dental hygienists must hold a valid Illinois license, have 2 years of full-time clinical experience (or 4,000 hours equivalent), and complete at least 42 clock hours of additional public health dentistry education
