Eliminates dollar caps on child support pass-through to TANF families, requiring all child support collected to be passed through and disregarded in grant calculations (previously $100 for one child, $200 for two or more children).

Increases TANF grant minimums from 30% to 50% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines effective October 1, 2022, based on family size.

Requires annual TANF benefit adjustments beginning October 1, 2023 to maintain grants at 50% of the most recent Federal Poverty Guidelines updated by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

Takes effect October 1, 2022.
