Designates the third Friday in May annually as First Responder Mental Health Awareness Day to honor firefighters, police officers, emergency medical dispatchers, and other first responders who have lost their lives or suffer from PTSD, depression, and other mental health issues

Adds emergency medical dispatchers to the definition of "first responder" in the School Safety Drill Act and includes them in the Suicide Prevention Alliance membership considerations

Adds emergency medical dispatchers to statewide public health response plans administered by the Department of Public Health concerning inoculation and treatment for national public health threats

Includes emergency medical dispatchers in the Adult Use Cannabis Health Advisory Committee membership and crisis intervention training provisions in the Mental Health Court Treatment Act

Adds emergency medical dispatchers to the Methamphetamine Precursor Control Act's statement of purpose regarding harm reduction to first responders and communities
