Amends the One Day Rest In Seven Act to require employers to provide at least 24 consecutive hours of rest in every consecutive seven-day period (rather than calendar week)

Modifies meal period requirements to entitle employees working over 7.5 continuous hours to an additional 20-minute meal period for every additional 4.5 continuous hours worked

Establishes tiered civil penalties based on employer size: employers with fewer than 25 employees face penalties up to $250 per offense plus up to $250 in employee damages; employers with 25 or more employees face penalties up to $500 per offense plus up to $500 in employee damages

Requires employers to post notices in conspicuous locations and provide email or website notice to remote workers summarizing the Act's requirements and complaint procedures, with failure to provide notice deemed a violation

Specifies that violations are determined on an individual employee basis, with each week without required rest and each day without required meal period constituting separate offenses
