Amends the Criminal Code of 2012, Section 16-30 (identity theft and aggravated identity theft statute) to expand the definition of "another" or "another person."

"Another" now includes any individual (living, deceased, or fictitious) and any entity such as firms, associations, organizations, partnerships, business trusts, companies, corporations, limited liability companies, professional corporations, or other private or public entities.

Allows identity theft charges to be brought against individuals who fraudulently use the personal identifying information or documents of businesses, organizations, and other non-individual entities, in addition to natural persons.
