IL SB3187

Amends the Counties Code to allow county recorders to use physical or electronic images of the recorder's stamp to satisfy signature requirements on recorded instruments, effective immediately upon passage.

Clarifies that recorder's stamp images are acceptable as signatures for all recorded instruments dated prior to, on, or after the effective date of this amendment.

Makes the same stamp image authorization applicable to certificates of time of filing issued by recorders under Section 3-5024 of the Counties Code.
