Allows State's Attorneys holding a concealed carry license under the Firearm Concealed Carry Act to carry concealed firearms in most prohibited areas while in office.

State's Attorneys are prohibited from carrying concealed firearms in detention facilities, correctional institutions, prisons, jails, hospitals, mental health facilities, nursing homes, airports, and nuclear facilities.

Exempts State's Attorneys from criminal charges for unauthorized possession or storage of weapons and armed violence statutes when carrying concealed firearms as authorized under the bill.

Makes conforming changes to the Counties Code, Firearm Concealed Carry Act, and Criminal Code of 2012 to reflect the new authority for State's Attorneys.
