Require TNC vehicles to display consistent and distinctive signage or "trade dress" at all times the driver is active on the platform, readable from 50 feet during daylight and including an illuminated sign visible at night.

Allow trade dress signage to be magnetic or removable in nature, and require drivers to return all trade dress items to the TNC when they cease providing services or provide a signed and witnessed affidavit if unable to return items.

Prohibit TNC drivers from working more than 10 hours out of any 24-hour period on the TNC digital platform.

Require TNCs to implement and enforce a zero tolerance policy on driver drug and alcohol use while providing services or logged into the platform, with immediate driver suspension upon complaint and investigation.

Require TNCs to post their zero tolerance policy and complaint procedures on their website for passengers to report suspected driver impairment.
