Updates the Department of Healthcare and Family Services fee schedule for complex rehabilitation technology products and associated services to 100% of Medicare 2022 rural rates.

Requires the Department to implement use of the "KU" modifier and associated Medicare payment rates for complex rehabilitation technology claims in accordance with the Further Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2020 (Public Law 116-94).

Mandates reimbursement to providers for the full amount of time required to complete repairs on any device or equipment authorized by the Department for medical assistance recipients.
