IL SB3763

Adds prohibition against making dwellings unavailable or denying them based on unlawful discrimination, familial status, or arrest record in real estate transactions involving owners, brokers, and salespersons.

Allows plaintiffs and defendants to demand trial by jury in civil rights violation cases brought in circuit court under Sections 7A-102 and 8B-102.

Permits circuit courts and juries to award any remedy set forth in Sections 8A-104 or 8B-104 upon finding a civil rights violation in court proceedings.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
