Adds new subsection (f-1) to aggravated criminal sexual abuse statute establishing five specific threat-based circumstances that constitute the offense when combined with any act of sexual conduct or sexual penetration.

Threat to physically confine or restrain any individual constitutes aggravated criminal sexual abuse under the new provision.

Threat of economic damage including job loss, loan status changes, employment termination, or lease termination constitutes aggravated criminal sexual abuse.

Threats related to immigration status, threats to reveal embarrassing images or information (including nude or intimate photos), and threats to accuse someone of a crime or misconduct all constitute aggravated criminal sexual abuse.

Violations of the new subsection (f-1) are classified as Class 2 felonies, consistent with most other aggravated criminal sexual abuse violations under the statute.
