IL SB3892

Amends the Early Intervention Services System Act by adding Section 13.1 regarding reimbursement rates for early intervention services.

Requires the Department of Human Services to increase reimbursement rates by 6% for State Fiscal Year 2023 for developmental therapy services and vision therapy services.

Applies the rate increase only to providers who are credentialed or otherwise qualified to provide such services under the early intervention services program per 89 Ill. Adm. Code 500.60 and 500.APPENDIX C.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
