• Allows prescription drug information cards to be issued in physical or electronic format.

• Amends the Uniform Health Care Service Benefits Information Card Act to require health benefit plans to display the regulatory entity with authority, deductibles, out-of-pocket maximums, and consumer assistance contact information on health care benefit cards (except dental plans).

• Requires health care benefit cards and dental plan cards to indicate whether the plan is subject to regulation by the Department of Insurance.

• Allows health care benefit information cards to be issued in physical or electronic format.
