Amends Section 17-138 of the Illinois Pension Code regarding Board of Trustees elections for the Chicago Teachers' Pension Fund.

Extends the election window for teacher representatives (non-administrators) from the first week of November to "as soon as possible thereafter, but not later than the third week of November."

Changes the administrator trustee election timeline beginning in November 2022 to occur during the first week of November or as soon as possible thereafter, but not later than the third week of November.

Extends the election window for pensioner representatives (3 members) from the first week of November in odd-numbered years to "as soon as possible thereafter, but not later than the third week of November."

Takes effect upon becoming law.
