IL SB4015

Extends the repeal date of the Dietitian Nutritionist Practice Act from January 1, 2023 to January 1, 2028, allowing the regulatory framework for dietitian nutritionists to continue for an additional 5 years

Requires all applicants and licensees to provide a valid address and email address to the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation and report any changes within 14 days

Updates and expands definitions including "nutrition assessment," "nutrition counseling," "medical nutrition therapy," and "medically prescribed diet" to reflect current practice standards and include references to enteral and parenteral nutrition

Establishes a 3-year deadline for applicants to complete the licensure application process, after which the application is denied and fees forfeited

Repeals provisions concerning Social Security Numbers on license applications, rosters, and surrender of license requirements
