Exempts diapers, baby wipes, and infant formula from taxes imposed under the Use Tax Act, Service Use Tax Act, Service Occupation Tax Act, and Retailers' Occupation Tax Act.

Applies the exemption across all four major Illinois sales and use tax statutes by adding new exemption items to each act's exemption sections.

Exemption is not subject to the "sunset" or review provisions that apply to other exemptions in these tax codes.
