Amends the One Day Rest In Seven Act to add requirements specifically for law enforcement officers employed by state agencies, county sheriffs, municipal police, and other law enforcement entities.

Requires law enforcement agencies to provide officers at least 24 consecutive hours of rest in every consecutive 60-hour period or consecutive seven-day period, in addition to existing rest requirements.

Exempts law enforcement rest requirements when a disaster proclamation by the Governor is in effect.

Defines "law enforcement agency" and "law enforcement officer" for purposes of the Act.
