Allows dairy farms to sell, distribute, or offer to sell unpasteurized milk or milk products for human consumption without a Department of Public Health permit if the animal producing the milk is housed at the dairy farm.

Exempts on-farm sales of unpasteurized milk from pasteurization requirements under the Grade A Pasteurized Milk and Milk Products Act and the Illinois Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.

Defines "sell or distribute for human use or consumption" to mean direct sales to persons for consumption, excluding processing or resale in any form.

Makes a conforming change to the Illinois Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act to reference the unpasteurized milk exemption in the Grade A Pasteurized Milk and Milk Products Act.
