Creates a Task Force on Children Advocacy Centers and Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children Funding to develop a fair funding formula for CACs and CASAs throughout Illinois.

Task Force comprises 16 members including legislators, state agency directors, and executive directors from urban, suburban, and rural CAC and CASA organizations, serving without compensation.

Senate President designates the Chair and Vice-Chair from among Task Force members, with Department of Children and Family Services providing administrative support.

Task Force shall meet throughout 2022 and submit a final report to the General Assembly by December 31, 2022, including a fair funding formula for CACs and CASAs based on the number and severity of child abuse and neglect cases in their jurisdictions.

Task Force is dissolved upon filing of its final report.
