Urges all Illinois public and private universities and community colleges to extend application deadlines for Lincoln College students displaced by the institution's closure effective May 13, 2022.

Requests that higher education institutions honor credits earned at Lincoln College and transfer them accordingly, waive application fees for Lincoln College students, and attempt to match or exceed their financial aid award letters.

Asks Lincoln College to waive transcript fees for currently enrolled students and encourages institutions to participate in Lincoln College's April 14 student transfer fair.

Encourages the Illinois Department of Employment Security and Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity to assist displaced Lincoln College employees with financial hardship and job placement.

Commits the General Assembly to develop improved protections for Illinois higher education students in the event of institutional closures and to facilitate smooth transitions for affected students.
