Designates the section of Illinois Route 37 from Longstreet Road to Prosperity Road passing through Spillertown as the "Officer Brian Pierce Jr. Memorial Highway"

Honors Officer Brian Pierce Jr., a Brooklyn police officer killed in the line of duty on August 4, 2021 while deploying stop sticks to halt a fleeing vehicle

Requests the Illinois Department of Transportation to erect plaques or signs at suitable locations marking the memorial highway in accordance with state and federal regulations

Recognizes Officer Pierce's extensive service history including roles with the Raymond/Harvel Fire Explorer program, Christian County Drug and Alcohol Task Force, Makanda Township Fire Department, and Spillertown Police Department

Directs that a copy of the resolution be presented to Officer Pierce's family and the Secretary of Transportation
