Designates May 12, 2021 as Alpha Kappa Alpha Day in Illinois to honor Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and its contributions to society.

Recognizes Alpha Kappa Alpha as the nation's oldest African-American sorority, founded at Howard University in 1908 and incorporated in 1913.

Acknowledges the sorority's mission to cultivate high scholastic and ethical standards, promote unity and friendship among college women, and provide service to all mankind.

Notes the sorority's current international program "Exemplifying Excellence Through Sustainable Service" focused on five targets: HBCUs, women's health and wellness, economic legacy building, the arts, and global impact.

Recognizes notable members including Vice President Kamala Harris, Lt. Governor Julianna Stratton, civil rights leaders Coretta Scott King and Rosa Parks, and International President Dr. Glenda Glover.
