Recognizes the Illinois Association of Free & Charitable Clinics operates over 52 clinics across rural and urban areas, providing approximately 40,000 patient visits annually.

Acknowledges volunteer health care professionals have contributed over 580,000 volunteer hours, administered over 15,000 COVID-19 vaccines, and reached over 60,000 people in community outreach.

Expresses gratitude to free and charitable clinics and volunteer health care professionals for providing life-saving medical care, including medical, dental, pharmaceutical, and mental and behavioral health services to vulnerable populations.

Directs presentation of a suitable copy of the resolution to the Illinois Association of Free & Charitable Clinics as a symbol of respect and esteem.
