Creates a Task Force on Children Advocacy Centers and Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children Funding to ensure adequate funding for CACs and CASAs based on the number and severity of child abuse and neglect cases in their jurisdictions.

Task Force comprises 14 members including two state senators, the Attorney General, Director of Children and Family Services, Executive Directors of CAC and CASA organizations, and representatives from urban, suburban, and rural CAC and CASA centers serving without compensation.

Senate President designates a chair and vice-chair from Task Force members, with the Department of Children and Family Services providing administrative support.

Task Force must meet throughout 2022 and submit a final report to the General Assembly by December 31, 2022, including a fair funding formula for CACs and CASAs statewide.

Task Force dissolves upon filing its final report.
