Bradley L. "Brad" Shireman of rural Bluffs passed away on March 29, 2022, at age 71.

Born April 4, 1950, to Jess F. and Mildred M. McGlauchlen Shireman in Carrollton; married Sandra D. Rolf on September 15, 1972.

Served in U.S. Army during Vietnam War for two and a half tours of duty and was awarded the Purple Heart for combat injuries.

Was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church near Bluffs and enjoyed woodworking, farming, gardening, hunting, fishing, and working on antique tractors.

Illinois Senate expresses condolences to his surviving wife Sandra, daughter Jody, four siblings, and extended family.
