Designates June 6, 2022 as Delta Sigma Theta Gamma Eta Chapter Day in Illinois to commemorate the chapter's charter on June 6, 1942 in East St. Louis.

Recognizes the Gamma Eta Chapter's founding by Bessie B. Garvin and ten women, and its renaming to the East St. Louis Alumnae Chapter (ESLAC) in 1958.
