Honors Leonard A. Hylla of Granite City, who died on May 10, 2022.

Notes his military service in the U.S. Army from 1951 to 1953, 22 years with International Shoe Company, and 21 years as an investigator with the Secretary of State Police before retiring in 1991.

Recognizes his active membership in St. Mary & St. Mark Parish in Madison, Knights of Columbus, St. Mary's Booster Club, American Legion, and St. Stanislaus Lodge #1004.

Survived by his wife of 67 years, four children, six grandchildren, and extended family.

Expresses the Illinois Senate's condolences to his family and directs that a suitable copy of the resolution be presented to the Hylla family.
