Honors Rolland Dean West of East Moline, who passed away on May 23, 2022, at age 85.

West was born February 26, 1937, joined the U.S. Army in 1960, and married Patsy Ann Jones on July 9, 1966.

Worked as a lay out inspector at John Deere Plow and Planter in Moline for 30 years before retiring in 1991.

Enjoyed woodworking, creating furniture and doll furniture, and performed mechanical work for church buses; was a member of The Sanctuary Quad Cities in Silvis.

Survived by his wife of 55 years, two sons, five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and eight nieces and nephews.
