Senate Resolution memorializing Patrick J. "Pat" VandeKerckhove of Moline, who passed away on June 18, 2022.

Pat VandeKerckhove was born December 13, 1942, married Karen Smith on May 18, 1968, and served in the U.S. Army stationed in Ethiopia.

Worked as a letter carrier for the Moline Post Office and was active in his community through Sacred Heart Church, the Catholic Order of Foresters, Boy Scouts, American Legion, and various local organizations.

Survived by his wife Karen, two children (Thomas and Michele), four grandchildren, one sister (Nancy Prouty), and one brother (Michael).

Illinois Senate extends sincere condolences to Pat VandeKerckhove's family, friends, and all who knew him.
