Michael Warren "Mike" O'Neill of Moline passed away on July 4, 2022, at age 85 after being born on June 29, 1937.

Graduated from Moline High School in 1955, attended Black Hawk College, served in the U.S. Navy, and was employed by BankOne and its predecessors for 40 years, retiring as Vice President of Operations in 1998.

Was a member and trustee of First Baptist Church in Moline and participated in Junior Achievement and the Miss Moline Pageant.

Survived by two sons (Curt and Tim), five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and two sisters; preceded in death by his wife Donna (married September 12, 1959) and his parents.

Illinois Senate expresses condolences to O'Neill's family and directs that a copy of this resolution be presented to them as an expression of sympathy.
