Acknowledges his active involvement in St. Mary Church of Des Plaines, the Des Plaines Elks Lodge, hospital volunteer work, Little League coaching, and the Irish Heritage Singers of Chicago.

Notes he is survived by his wife of 58 years, Carole, his brother David, and multiple nieces and nephews.

Directs the Illinois Senate to extend condolences to his family and present a copy of this resolution to them.
