Illinois Senate expresses condolences for the death of Delmar G. Moore of Rock Island, who passed away on August 7, 2022

Delmar Moore was born February 8, 1927, served in the U.S. Army in Germany during World War II, graduated from Rock Island High School in 1945 and Olivet Nazarene University in 1951

Worked at Augustana Book Concern and Bear Manufacturing before retiring from Augustana College in 1992; was a lifetime member of First Church of the Nazarene in Rock Island and served as treasurer for 25 years

Survived by his wife of 65 years Donna, two children, five grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren

A suitable copy of the resolution will be presented to the Moore family
